China Travelogue Part II
































So continue with my unfinished business...
The 2nd stop of our china trip was Xi'an,
which is best known by the Terra-Cotta Warriors.
We often read it by books or seen it on tv,
its so much different when the actual historical relics age 2000+ sat right in front of you, much awe is filled.
Oh, and we do have a glimpse at the hill which the Mausoleum of Emperor Qin is situated right beneath it.

Hey, here are some fun facts for you guys:

Fun Fact 1: The Terra-Cotta Warriors' boss, Qin Shi Huang(秦始皇) the very first Emperor in China, unified the nation at his very freaking age of 39.Hmm, where do we see ourselves in our 30s.

Fun Fact 2: Each of the Terra-Cotta Warriors was mold base on the actual figure of the Qin Soldiers, and thus the height, weight, hairstyle varies from each other.

Fun Fact 3: The Terra-Cotta Warriors were found with color coating, but the colours faded within an hour after the excavation.

Fun Fact 4: The Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang which is still haven't been excavated, is probably same size as a modest country.

Fun Fact 5: It has been proven that, in the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, flowing mercury has been filled to represent rivers and seas, silver, gold, jade and all the jewels that you could names has been used to build the necropolis.
